Texas should declare itself a sanctuary state - sanctuary against abortions.

If you were the Texas governor, who enforces TEXAS law, what would you do?

Close the borders, say FU.

“If you were the Texas governor, who enforces TEXAS law, what would you do?”

If O****** gets to decide which federal laws are enforced, why can’t a governor do the same in his own state?

The feds certainly seem to be pushing us toward Texit. Don’t know how much more of this we can stand before we snap.

Anthony Kennedy is scum.

Texas should not accept this ruling. Let Anthony Kennedy enforce it.

Let’s hear it again for the Catholic SCOTUS Kennedy joining the left again for the left’s agenda. Think this next election can be lost to HRC like Georgette Will with no major consequences? It scary...

A government that fails to abolish abortion is on the way to abolish its own legitimacy.

Right?! I’m still laughing at the ones who were convinced that Trump was setting this all up for Hill the pill to take it all. So convinced of their superior reasoning skills, they seem to have vanished.

The court has no clue what the Constitution means. The court is made up of incompetent low-intelligence fools who put personal convictions above the law.

None of the THREE woman on this Court has ever had a baby..they do not know the joy of having a child...to look at them they more than likely never enjoyed the companionship and love of a MAN either...

America of today is not the America we were raised in..and if Hillary Clinton is returned to the White House, this Nation will not survive..

“The court’s decision on whether a Republican-backed 2013 Texas law placed an undue burden on women exercising their constitutional right to abortion “

Constitutional right, you say ?

...

Thomas made an excellent statement in his dissent:

“The Court has simultaneously transformed judicially created rights like the right to abortion into preferred constitutional rights, while disfavoring many of the rights actually enumerated in the Constitution,” Thomas wrote. “But our Constitution renounces the notion that some constitutional rights are more equal than others. ... A law either infringes a constitutional right, or not; there is no room for the judiciary to invent tolerable degrees of encroachment. Unless the Court abides by one set of rules to adjudicate constitutional rights, it will continue reducing constitutional law to policy-driven value judgments until the last shreds of its legitimacy disappear.”

Bork died in 2012. Obama would have picked his replacement. Bork would have zero say in this ruling.

(sigh)....I know that. My point was that we've had THREE SOLID DECADES of this lunacy from Kennedy thanks to Teddy's inspired treachery.

Perhaps Bork would have retired and let Bush make the next pick. Not that it would have necessarily been any better.
