Kennedy has gone hard left since the demise of Scalia.

There were 5 in favor of striking the Texas law, today, so unless Scalia could have convinced Kennedy to reverse his position, the Texas law was going to fall under the weight of SCOTUS anyway.

So sad that Kennedy was appointed by Reagan!!!
I pray that President Trump will restore respect for the dignity and sanctity of precious unborn human life!!

Didn’t know Kennedy had gone more left since Scalia died, though.

And didn’t think of the Texas secession implications.
