My guess is that of the ones who are truly Syrian (1%?) that might be. The rest are Iranians, Iraqis, Palestinians, Egyptians, Libyans and all other flavors in between with a hefty dose of Al Quaeda or its flavor of the month variant.

While anyone with any common sense knows this it is nice to see someone saying it out loud!

WHO CARES if they are ISIS today?

Their kids will grow up to be terrorists like those cute little Tsarnaev Brother refugees.

This is a problem. At its very beginning. Obama Clinton want this hop allows it all the way to trey gowdy. It’s not like this group of politicians are allowing a few refugees in for humanitarian purposes

Anyone who thinks, by the way, Mark Levin, that Ted Cruz would be speaking out like this, the way Trump is and needs to, is living in a dream.

I’m having a running disagreement with someone. Can anyone help? He says that it is against the constitution for a president to deny Muslims (as a religion) entry into the US. I say they have no constitutional rights because they are not citizens. I really don’t know but I’d sure like to. He says what Trump is saying he is going to do is unlawful.

He may have problems with an overall edict that is strictly based on religion but as Chief Executive he controls the State Department which controls immigration. He can order them to adjust any extra-legal changes to the system (i.e., those places where Obama ignored the law), and he can also look into Executive Action that places EXTRA steps or investigation in to immigration from countries and areas with a preponderance of incidences of terrorist incursion or strife, or intent.

The question about non citizens enjoying Constitutional rights is a tough one. I agree with you, but there are those effing ‘scholars’ and constitutional ‘experts’ who say the “all men....” means everyone.

Regardless, Trump would have Executive Orders and Memoranda/Directives, use of Patriot Act protections, etc., AND control of the Executive Department that implements immigration.

Amazing that in Dem-world the constitution applies to everyone except for us. It can be stretched to mean anything they want it to mean except for what it means.

Of course it doesn’t apply to anyone outside the country. And in any case, you notice they are dispensing with the pledge, that people coming here agree to defend the US if need be.

In their world they can’t exclude muslims, because that would be unconstitutional. They can, however, exclude Christians and that is what they are doing. Under State Department regulations, you are not a refugee unless you are under attack by an official government entity. Therefor if you support ISIS or Al Qaeda, and you are attacked by Syrian government troops, you are a refugee. If you are a Christian or Yazidi being slaughtered by ISIS or Al Qaeda, they are a non-governmental entity therefor you do not qualify as a refugee.

As a consequence, the system is tilted toward accepting ISIS and Al Qaeda supporters, and it is tilted toward muslims. It is rigged to exclude non-muslims. Plainly speaking, it is rigged to exclude real and actual refugees with no place to go in favor of people who could in fact easily remain in the region.

And in fact only a very few Christians have slipped through, and I did see where a Syrian Christian family was being sent back to Syria because they don’t qualify as refugees.

Christian towns are being wiped out, Christian refugees who manage to get onto the boats are tossed overboard, Christian refugees who manage to get to the camps are attacked in the camps and the ones who manage to get to Germany are attacked on the streets. They are the only real refugees, and they are not welcome in Obama’s America.

I can help. Muslims in the Middle East do not have Constitutional rights. People the world over do not have Constitutional rights. The Constitution mandates that Congress sets immigration standards according to its will. The United States had very strict rules for immigration AFTER the Constitution was adopted — only whites, citizenship flowed only from the father, etc.

The United States can deny entry to anyone, for any purpose.

Besides hoping to kill us off, the MAIN eason why these refugees arey're coming here is to ride the gravy train. They know how to work the system and grab every benefit Available.

This is very common in the Muslim community...this one got caught b/c he murdered two Christians.

REFERENCE A federal criminal complaint detailed a Texas Muslims schemes to bilk the US govt: Claiming he couldn't work he scammed taxpayer disability assistance funds w/ complaints of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue symptoms, affective disorders, and so on.

He maintained several addresses on the Texas property to facilitate various schemes and used various names.

He was collecting tax dollars for a son supposedly living overseas.

At the same time he was secreting real estate, jewels, vehicles and cash in US and foreign bank accounts.

Texas Muslim---Serial Killer of Christians---on Disability and Food Stamps,
had Diamonds and 200 Credit Cards Hidden on Texas property

Front Page Magazine | 6/20/2014 | Daniel Greenfield / FR Posted by Dqban22

This sort of thing is surprisingly common among Muslims -very few seem to have jobs but they drive around in luxury cars and are well-dressed and fed. The only reason this case came to light is because the Texas Muslim refugee committed two murders in Texas, one of which he actually got away with.

The murder of Christian believer, Gelareh Bagherzadeh, was reported earlier. Gelareh Bagherzadeh was an Iranian Christian who came to this country only to be murdered by a Muslim because she encouraged his daughter to marry the man she loved.

The Texas Muslim claimed he was too disabled to work. But he wasn't too disabled to kill.

BACKSTORY The Texan, a strict Muslim, was furious when his Jordanian- American daughter married a man without his permission. The Muslim, Ali Mahwood-Awad Irsan, blamed his daughters husband, relatives say. They say he also faulted one of her closest friends, 30-year-old Gelareh Bagherzadeh, a Christian convert who widely denounced Islam.

<><> First Christian-believer Bagherzadeh was killed, gunned down outside her parents Texas Galleria townhouse complex in January 2012.

<><> Eleven months later, Irsan’s son-in-law died after being shot multiple times in northwest Texas, in the Harris County apartment he shared with his wife.

The Texas Muslim thought he could get away with murdering because he had already gotten away with so many other things in Texas.

Federal authorities executed a search warrant at Irsan’s sprawling, 5-acre property 40 miles north of Houston, where they allegedly found cash, diamonds, pearls, weapons and phony passports hidden in attic rafters, in secret compartments throughout a cluster of trailers and outbuildings and even inside the buried drum of a clothes dryer at the Conroe, Texas property.

The Muslim Irsan, his wife Shmou Ali Alrawabdeh, and another daughter were subsequently arrested on a variety of federal fraud charges and are in federal custody.

A federal criminal complaint detailing the discoveries recounts a saga of nearly 20 years in which the 57-year-old naturalized citizen from Jordan, and his family, allegedly scammed taxpayer disability assistance funds claiming “fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue symptoms,” and “affective disorders” while secreting real estate, vehicles and cash in US and foreign bank accounts.

The complaint also alleges the Muslim Irsan:

<><> was receiving taxpayer funds for a son not living in the US,

<><> maintained several addresses on the property to facilitate various schemes, and,

<><> once disabled a safety feature on a saw then purposefully cut himself to receive a $75,000 settlement.

The Muslim Ali was certainly industrious and entrepreneurial, just not quite in the way amnesty advocates like to claim.

Also found on the property was a makeshift gun range, which witnesses said “five or six Muslim families” frequently visited to fire AK-47s and information about Irsan’s attempts to get a silencer. Nothing to do with Islam I’m sure.

The rest of the scam ...... While there have been no allegations of terrorist ties regarding the Muslim familys alleged (a) foreign bank accounts, and, (b) suspicious wire transactions, Irsan’s strict adherence to radical Islam may have been a motive in the alleged murders.

Authorities are also re-examining a 1999 case in which Irsan was not indicted after claiming self-defense in the shooting of son-in-law Amjad Alidam, who was married to Nasemah Rachelle Irsan.

Prosecutors also revealed, in connection to the social security fraud and credit card charges against Irsan, that they found more than 200 credit cards with various names and multiple variations of his own name throughout the home.

Arresting officers say they also found more than 40 similar credit cards in his wallet the morning he was arrested. His daughter also alleges, among multiple other schemes detailed in court documents, that Ali Irsan purposely disabled the safety device on a Ryobi rotary saw and purposely cut his own foot. Prosecutors say he used that injury to receive a $75,000 settlement from the manufacturer.

All men is a phrase in the Declaration of Independence. It does not appear in the preamble or body of the constitution.

With that in mind, we have denied entry to Nazis, Commies for awhile, those of moral turpitude etc. So, IMO, they are not covered by the constitution unless they are here already.

Good point........the “moral turpitude” thing should do the heavy lifting to keep these people out.

Cruel and inhumane as it sounds, perhaps we need to be rid of those too. The best way to kill crab grass is to destroy the roots and the growing plants.

I say they have no constitutional rights because they are not citizens.

Furthermore, Jimmy Carter did it, and other past Presidents denied people to emigrate to the USA. The President has that power to turn foreigners away.

Tell the MSM to prove Trump wrong.
The people wanting to come to the USA do not have ID/certificates/paperwork documenting who they are.

Just like Barry Soetoro!!

You cannot prove Trump wrong, because you cannot vet these folks

Actually, Rebel Media, from Canada, http://www.therebel.media/searching_for_syrian_refugees_in_france_s_calais_jungle
went to the Calais Jungle to find the rare Syrtian refugee. After talking to 100 refugees,
They found afghans, etc, and one syrian

Better add TB, Ebola, measles, mumps, and a host of other nasty diseases along with bed bugs and are Zika carriers for our mosquito to bite and get infected with...Typhoid Mary’s. No one mention STD’s but it’s there. Quite surprised we aren’t adding Typhus and Typhoid to the list they are rampant in third world countries.

Besides being LEACHES on our welfare system, sending the money back to fund ISIS.

Last night Bill O’Reilly interviewed Trump and mentioned that he, Bill O’Reilly, did not believe as Trump did that terrorists were embedded in the Middle Eastern refugees. The reason that he doesn’t is because he is an idiot.

The Feds have said they probably are embedded. ISIS said that they will be. Common sense would reveal that it would be a simple tactic. Experience has proven that they are already here. How many people have to be slaughtered for O’Reilly to get off his high horse of higher wisdom and tolerance and admit the obvious?
