“I am a Muslim,” he said, according to The Local’s translation of German newspaper Bild. “I’m not allowed to keep this money. My religion forbids it. Allah would never allow me to finance my own interests with someone else’s wealth.”

Yet allah has no problem with Muslims taking handouts...subsidized housing, free education, free healthcare, free phones and on and on.

Sure seems like they’re fine with using other people’s wealth to me.

Dunno, maybe this other stuff is viewed as “gifts.”

But I agree with the comment that this wardrobe sure seems an odd place for something like that to be either lost in, or go unnoticed to a charity in.
