The White House on Monday canceled a Fourth of July celebration for troops who were scheduled to attend an event on the South Lawn, citing the possibility of inclement weather.
Rubbish! There is always a foul weather plan for these types of events.
On the plus side, at least the troops did not have to endure being in the presence of the Usurper and his beard, the Wookie!
