At least you read it now, But I would believe the Regular Citizen Witnesses before I would EVER BELIEVE the Gang Banger with a Badge. The Gang Banger with a Badge would need to provide VIDEO showing every detail before I would even consider listening to anything he had to say.

My son had been back from Iraq for about six months before he was attacked by a drunk legal Mexican resident at a traffic light. The man punched out my son’s leftside window but before he could delivery another potentially deadly punch, my son had pulled out his legally licensed gun and put it in the man’s face.
He then took him into custody (citizen’s arrest) and called the police who arrested the drunk and put him in jail. He later plead guilty to assault and made full restitution for the repairs.
My son’s combat discipline came into play immediately. He could have blown the guy’s head off, legally, but he knew how to handle himself. Later on, as a policeman, he showed the same restraint when he and his team confronted at least two mentally ill, armed nuts, on the streets of DC.
They took them down without firing a shot because they were trained in how to do it. However, all had full authorization to shoot to kill because they were guarding a special federal facility. I’m glad they didn’t have to shoot but you never know who and what you are going up against.
In Iraq, my son shot to kill and did. A few less fanatics to deal with today.

Is this the same off duty cop that engaged in a road rage attack against the Asian family when he thought they’d dissed someone in his motorcycle gang?
Could be ex military. Maybe he only got out of the service in his early 30s.
