Which begs the question, what does one do in a democratic, civil society when violent people seriously threaten to violently kill you and your family and then start to follow through on those threats.

A good start would be the police and courts apply the law and don't stand by and wring their hands (but of course that would mean they have to stop enabling the thugs). It's been a long time since Nigel could take his family out for a meal without being threatened by leftist thugs who follow him around - but how many have been prosecuted for this behaviour? None. Making threats to kill is a very serious offence in the UK; how many leftists have been prosecuted for making such threats at demonstrations and on social media? Zero.

Though I can’t remember where, I heard that this is how ISIS was able to advance so quickly in Iraq. The home addresses of police and the officer’s corps were known by ISIS and credible threats were made....perhaps even some examples. This was why opposition to ISIS collapsed as quickly as it did.

This is not how you win battles. Anyone at the heart of a controversy must understand that it is WAR out there and be willing to sacrifice family if necessary. Otherwise, as in this case, you are blackmailable. Would Patton have caved? We need more Pattons. Trump and Duterte can’t do it alone.

If this was an actual war, Farage could find from whom the threats were made and eliminate them. Such a thing is not remotely possible as things are right now.

That’s a start, but they also were armed during the WH breaches. My point is that Donald needs a large private security force for REAL protection, and places the SS on the outside ring to “take a the brunt”, should the need arise.

Uhh...Augusto Pinochet was a cruel and violent dictator. Sure, he ‘deloused’ the country alright...by killing off the opposition. Torture, imprisonment, and execution (one method was dumping pregnant women out of airplanes) were the ways he did it.

Pinochet prevented Chile from descending into a communist hellhole in which hundreds of thousands of people would have been murdered or "disappeared". The few thousand hardline leftists that he had killed was a small price too pay, considering the alternative.

Once he got the country straightened out, he stepped down. Chile is the jewel of South America today because of him.

Remember, the left in this country wants you dead, too.
