Note that they did no such thing for the citizens of the country that they currently depend on to ensure their freedom to do business and their property.

No reason they need to stay here. The old SGI campus will get another tenant when they leave.

Great Idea.

Train your own hackers.

It must be Google’s ambition to have Android surpass Windows as the most hacked operating system.

Seriously good luck with that Google - the good Indian devs are already here in the US, either H1B or full citizens. I’ve had the “pleasure” of working with overseas dev teams many times - always bolsters my feelings of job security.

The MSM will not complain at all when one of the foundations of the current tech-establishment abandons the country that gave them their start and seeks to replace their American workforce with people from elsewhere.

This madness will not end well.

All, this is not about Google training future employees.

This is evangelism for the Google Android app development.

Microsoft, Apple, and Google all offer training and free tools to develop applications on their platforms. They all need to ensure they have lots of innovative applications available for their users. If they don’t, the platform weakens in the marketplace.

This isn’t about who writes the Operating System code or Google employment.
