I hope Solomon Yue of Oregon and Bruce Ash of Arizona are successful.
>>This is the GOP Rules Committee and the GOP Convention Rules Committee meetings this week.<<
Tipoff is at 9:00.
Remember in 2012 they raised the number of states won by a candidate from five to the current
eight. That was designed to keep Paul off the ballot. You never know what they will do.
BUILD THE DAMNED WALL or we will ignore you.
I can’t wait to see what the elites have in store for me.
FoxNews is reporting that the GOP draft party platform includes Trump’s border wall.
That’s going to leave a mark...
“:^)
The folks that were sitting in a puddle of yellow stuff a few months back. may want to consider issuing a mia-culpa right about now.
I don’t know anything about Bruce Ash but if Solomon Yue wants to abolish FATCA and succeeds in doing so I’ll start donating money to build a statue of the guy next to the Jefferson Memorial in DC.
FATCA is the most hideous law in the history of the universe (I am not exaggerating)that doesn’t involve killing people
For those not in the know

This guy should run for president in 2020
Trump made a number of concessions to bring social conservatives on board.
But the GOP platform as a whole will be nationalist and populist in both tone and content.
Its Trump’s party now.
It will be interesting to see how this convention works out. For sure this has been an
interesting primary season leading up to the nominating convention. I hope that all can
get together and come out of this convention as a solidified party and defeat the democrats.
“The Republican National Committee’s rules will take center-stage this week as anti-Donald Trump forces clash with establishment actors...”
Well they got that completely and utterly wrong.
I agree.
Anything that detracts from that, is going to make some folks look very very bad, and I’m not referencing Trump.
Where can we get a list of names of all RNC Rules Committee sorts involved and who voted for what etc ...?
Accountability is a must.
I can’t give you a source per se. But the RNC Rules Committee meets quarterly and
I’ve seen artices on their meetings. A internet search may could provide some info.
The Convention Rules committee is 112 members and will meet later on this week to set the
proposed convention rules. I’ve not looked for the member names but here are some articles.
“I cant wait to see what the elites have in store for me.”
I can’t wait for the elites to see what history has in store for them.
Addresses would be nice too. Tar and feathers need to come back in style.
Excellent ........ very grateful. Solomon Yue’s proposed rule changes is any changes voted on to “unbind” the delegates or prevent the nominee from choosing there’re own VP would NOT take effect until 2020 convention........
“””Regarding his proposed rule, Yue stated, “[t]his proposal would take politics out of the rulemaking process, and focus on unity so we could defeat Hillary Clinton in November.”[21]”””

In late June, Politico surveyed members of the Rules Committee asking if they would support a rules change that would unbind the delegates at the convention.
Out of 32 responses, 25 said they were opposed. Politico also noted that another 33 members of the Rules Committee have made public statements either endorsing Trump or opposing rules changes like the conscience amendment.[14]
On July 6,
The Wall Street Journal published the results of a similar survey and found 20 rules committee members in favor of a conscience amendment and 59 against it. Thirty-three did not respond.[15]
“”””As of July 6, an estimated 682 delegates reportedly supported efforts to unbind the delegates, while 888 were opposed, according to Randy Evans, a Rules Committee member from Georgia. As noted by CNN, that left the stances of approximately 900 delegates unknown.[16]”””””
In addition to this, there are state rules and, in some cases, state laws that govern binding rules in individual states. All of this will almost certainly come into play in conversations and debates at the Rules Committee meetings in July.
Very very important that all Freepers read and share this information on the RNC Rules committee’s good and bad......
Again thank you Deport for the links and information..... Stay Safe !!!
