I don’t trust this Supreme Court to rule the right way.
It is insane to say that a mentally ill man (80%+ of transgenders are men) with male plumbing (fewer than 1/4 have it removed) gets to use women’s spaces based on their feelings - but you can’t change your ethnic group based on how you feel, though tribes often had rules for adopting new members.
98-99% of appeals to SCOTUS are never heard. I suspect this will be among those. Some day, perhaps. But not yet.
I was reading an article the other day, a poster had it on the board, saying that she talks to her husband, only problem with that, he died in 2010...I wonder if she talks to ‘other dead’ people?

In fact, as mentioned in related threads, note that the Founding States had expressly prohibited both the feds and the states from establishing protected / privileged classes which is effectively what the misguided, low-information lower court is trying to by pushing politically correct LGBT “rights" imo.

I think it’s time to start planning protests.
One possibility, get all your high school sons to “declare” that they are trans. See how long it takes for someone to object that ALL the boys are trying to use the girls room. I’m pretty sure that the majority of girls and/or their parents will pitch a fit. If it’s just one boy who claims to be trans, everyone will most likely fall all over themselves to be PC. But if it’s all/most of the boys, they will quickly get fed up. Being PC is a real drag if, instead of just being a cool thing to say, it actually interferes with your daily life.
So this is what it’s come to. The Supreme Court will be ruling on cross dressers and which restrooms they use.
