The family of Philando Castile has shared a copy of his permit to carry letter with Fox 9. The permit was issued by Hennepin County on June 4, 2015.

Oh please, that crap is so banal and old, nobody said it did. His actions got him kill ed, and his actions are understood in context of his scofflaw druggie character and utter lack of regard for public safety, not to mention whether he was in fact the guy identically matching the store robbery video still has not been ruled out.

He’s wrong. Yenez could have told them a taillight story to not alert them to the fact that he was investigating the armed robbery angle, and probably chose not to do a full felony stop because he wasn’t all that sure he had a match, and wanted a way to find out.
Btw, Reynolds in her statements to the media afterwards repeatedly said taillight, then began saying headlight. But that’s one of her lesser inconsistencies — here I prove she’s LYING about when she started making video:
