What I don't get is why the cop is on that side of the car to start with....she's driving....she's the one that would have had to produce a license and registration...

i don’t care how many license to carry this guy had, if he didn’t follow protocol and orders, and he reached for that weapon, sorry, but out go his lights. CPL’S are not a game ...dangerous stuff. Even money this cop wont be charged.

I noticed that too, but when watching the video and pausing it you can see the steering wheel is in front of him. I suspect the video is reversed. . .for whatever purpose, I can only speculate.
