BUTLER, Pa. — A woman who was drunk on beer crashed into a beer distributor Thursday, Channel 11’s news exchange partners at Inside Butler County reported.

Lynly Broge, 53, of Butler crashed her car into the side of O’Donnell’s Beer Distributor on Route 68 in Oakland Township.

According to Inside Butler County, Broge’s vehicle crossed the center line, traveled into the parking lot and struck a block wall.

State police said in a criminal complaint obtained by Inside Butler County that the entire front end of the vehicle went through the building’s wall.

The complaint said Broge admitted to drinking eight beers and taking muscle relaxers and depression medication.

Broge has been arrested for DUI five times in the last 10 years, Inside Butler County reported. She was ordered to wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet, but she apparently removed it sometime before the crash.
