I am white. I was a sickly bookworm who got his growth late. I was routinely tormented by several bullies, and very occasionally physically assaulted. (I learned to run and hide - and to keep a low profile - in grade school.) It was no worse than what tens of thousands of nerds like me have endured down through the years. I cried a couple of times, but mostly I just knew that was life for my kind.
Almost all of my tormentors were also white.
That was my experience of white privilege.
Racialism = Communism.
Always an activist, never a president.
That is the kind of commentary on race that I can get behind. BZ!
