I watched this interview last night. I though she did an excellent job up until the end of the interview. Shabaz was pressing her to say that “black lives matter.” All she had to do was to say “all lives matter.” But she brushed him off three times trying to end the interview. That ruined it for me.

In order to be fair and balanced they needed to have the Grand Wizard of the KKK on the show. If you are going to invite a black racist on the program, then you must have a White racist to counter.
He was really a jerk (putting it politely), maybe the biggest loudmouthed racist jerk I’ve ever seen on TV
Putting him ON was the mistake. This entire movement loves the attention. Remember how they freaked out that the Nice attack was robbing the spotlight?
Don’t interview them, don’t give them oxygen.

This guy is a racist and has made many racist comments over the years. Someone needs to ask him where has been his concern with poor black people with what is happening in Chicago.
I’ve had my issues with Kelly over the past year, but she’s the best for interviews like this. She doesn’t lose her cool and goes back at the interviewee. I may need to go back and watch.

He was the leader of a hate group. Putting him on TV is a questionable move because we are so divided right now as a country and need to be hearing from people who have made good choices and have improved the world in some way.
I think we are all tired of the hate and baloney and just want to avoid irresponsible stupidity that costs people’s lives.
We don’t want to hear bad ideas from people who have already mucked things up, no matter what it might do for Megyn’s career...

I’d like to know how he got on Fox in the first place. The opposite would never get airtime during the RNC. Time like that is precious.
So boring to watch this. Everyone knew what he was going to say the moment she brought him on. The more strident they are, the more boring. Why is this clown even attending the RNC much less given airtime by any “serious journalist”? The other comments here are right, don’t give them attention, it sucks all the oxygen out of them.
I thought Kelly blew the interview.
Shabazz was primed for a soap box appearance but Kelly kept interrupting him to say things that we all know. What Shabazz was saying was wrong and hideous and I wanted to hear more of his inflammatory rhetoric.
A much better strategy for Kelly would have been to shut the hell up and encourage Shabazz to keep talking.
