I guess the HAMS here will have to key up and talk to people in Turkey.

The TRAC site (ARRL of Turkey) says nothing, but no other news source are out there as the net has been shut down in Turkey...
It looks like some broadcast licenses were pulled, but it's not clear that amateur/HAM licenses were included.
