If you're watching the big news networks, you'd think the Democratic National Convention is a standing-room-only smashing success with zero controversy, angry protests, and tons of American flags.
Film director, Josh Fox, best known for his Oscar-nominated anti-fracking documentary Gasland, uploaded a video (below) to his Facebook page live from inside the Wells Fargo Center, where he was utterly shocked at the amount of empty seats.
Fox tells the camera, "This is amazing, this place is empty. There is nobody left in here. I mean this whole stadium, look at this," as he pans his cellphone to show the lack of cheering Dems.
He continues in disbelief, adding, "This is not voter enthusiasm.... I can't believe my eyes. I've never seen anything like this. This is the primetime of the Democratic National Convention right after the nomination of Hillary Clinton and this place is emptied out like crazy. I'm stunned."
"This is insane. The whole California delegation is pretty much gone," he adds. "I mean this has got to be something very worrisome for the Democrats. Voter enthusiasm wins elections."
Fox then re-tweeted that 1900 delegates had walked out:

The so-called “news” media is dominated by Democrat hacks. They truly believe it is their job to get Democrats elected.
They’re calling it Demexit.

The attendees heard there was a free phone and leftover EBT cards not used up on catering in the lobby. Democrats just luvs their free stuff.
Why would anybody be shocked at what a bunch of pot heads do or don’t do.
Just damn. You’d think it was a Flyers game where we were down 12-0 in the first period.
There are some powerful statements being made further down in that article, but they still haven’t come to understand they always were supporting corruption as Democrats.
Trump will win California.
Everyone has known since November 2008 that the fix was in and that Hillary would be the nominee.
Why hang around for another of Shrillary’s screech-fests??

If I were a Delegate, and found out that after all my work and dedication to a cause I believed in was based on lies and corruption; I would be furious and would leave too.
Probably do some bridge burning on the way out. WikiLeaks did far more damage than the DNC is letting on. Trust and party affiliations are blown all to hell.
Trump should work super hard in swing states that Bernie won big, such as Colorado, MN, Wisconsin, Nevada. Maybe there will be enough Bernie supporters who won’t work for Hillary.
They have since purchased participants and gave everyone signs and flags for their big finale.
It's a packed house tonight. But missing over a thousand delegates...and somebody bought them at least 1,000 American flags and paid them to wave them.
More surprising to me is that anyone bothered to show up in the first place.
This. Should spread like wildfire.

After Trump spoke it was impossible to walk..people everywhere..the place was electric with enthusiasm..people were hugging each other. It was something I will never forget.
They are gonna hafta go out there and rent them some audience!
Not in 2016; the only way Trump could win California is in a reelection campaign after a very successful first term. He would have to outperform for four years like Reagan did.
