How can this law was unconstitutional when the United States Supreme Court has already said that photo identification at polling stations is perfectly legal and within our constitution. Didn’t the state of Texas passed a law similar to this which was upheld in the United States Supreme Court?

Also, why can’t the state of North Carolina simply pass a law quickly which would mandate just the need for photo ID which as I said above has already been okayed by the United States Supreme Court.?

Another thing... get some polling companies asking the black voters of NC what they think of the “restrictive” (race blind) provisions. Bet they would get moderate or greater support from over 50%. “Inextricable link between race and politics” sure... lefties are pushing people around for political purposes by race.

We’ve had photo ID for awhile in Alabama. So far so good. One benefit of being a “nothing” state.
