He needs to leave the country to somewhere like Maldives, or Vanuatu.
I doubt he’d be safe there from capture and extradition. Really Russia or China is the spot these days. You gotta have a place that doesn’t mind flipping the finger to the west...that also is powerful enough to deter aggression or direct action.
