AP EXPLAINS: Is Trump's convention polling bump for real?

basically trying to say Trump had no bump and even if he did it isn't real.

take it for what it is worth.

i guarandamntee you if hitlery gets a solid lead in the polls, it'll be trumpeted by the ap as solid proof she is going to win.

Hillary will be ahead in the RCP average within a few days. When Trump gets close the MSM floods us with junk polls like Today’s Reuters poll.

Watch the USC poll over the next week or two and you will learn who is really ahead. Right now that is Trump. I expect his lead to grow smaller in the next 7 days but I also expect him to still be ahead of Her Thighness a week from now.

Reuters had it Clinton 40 Trump 35, head-to-head. But when Stein and Johnson were added it was Trump 37 Clinton 37 Johnson 5 Stein 1. (Trump goes UP by 2 when Stein and Johnson are added?)

But it's not a hypothetical, Stein and Johnson are on the ballot. Still, 20% claim to be undecided. Plenty of room for the "Trump Effect".

So did I. After hearing it on Varney yesterday, Varney asked him again at the very end of the interview...so you’re voting for Hillary? and Peters responded “yes”. Immediately the feed was cut to commercial.

I signed on to FR this AM expecting to see thread after thread about this and it’s invisible. One blog has info on it and copies of all of the inquiries he’s made to Fox, Varney, Peters, and more....no responses. Somebody is going to have to have a complete copy of yesterday’s show to confirm this...but I know what I heard.
