It’s a joke from Naked Gun Both are cops.
Norberg is in semi coma in a hospital and he is trying to tell frank that there is heroin on the docks being sold.
frank thinks he is asking for the actual drug.

I’m riding the klonopin dragon for tremors/seizures/insomnia/anxiety from injury.
I’m ok as long as I take the 2mgs twice a day. Even less if more isn’t needed.
If I miss more than 24 hours though, life becomes hell.
Maximum dose is 20mgs!!!!
I’m done at 4. If ever it stops working, i’ll get doc to wean me off.
