There is a substantial case to be made that TV ain’t what it used to be and that much of this money, especially in July and August, is merely money down a rathole.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. It depends on the candidates. But we should not bet the farm on the assumption that it makes no difference in this case. Hillary obviously thinks it will.
I seriously doubt Trump is betting the farm against using ads.
Rather, I think he is planning very strategic ads, and personally (no evidence, just gut) I think ads in October would be far, far more effective than money spent now.

Yeah, MSM bias. But only the Hillary lies are facts - and big whoppers. The supposed lies foisted on Trump’s name are exaggerations or fabricated. Moreover, Hillary’s lies are not reported or are buried in little print. But if people could read and research Hillary’s lies, they’ll see how she is totally unfit for public service unless you want the country ruined.
80 million is chump change. He can’t be bought. Wait till Trump opens the spigot of his self-funding juggernaut. Hillary doesn’t have prayer.
