I believe that prayer was effective in preventing a major civic meltdown at the RNC last month.

The problem with the Orlando murders is that they aren't very malleable to the narrative of the moment. The murderer can't be Muslim because that is a Religion of Peace as everyone knows; he can't be gay because that is a Protected Class as everybody knows, and so he can't be...period Now, that's a bit hard on his victims, many if not most of whom were gay, but that's just the price political correctness demands.

Or, we could stop this idiot Social Justice nonsense and mourn the victims as human beings and despise the murderer as a murderer. But no, that would be letting a crisis go to waste. Hence the irony.
