"Hillary Clinton is responsible for this man's death. "
It will be outrageous, and the news media will have a fit over it. If enough people hear it, the media will have to address it, and there is no way to make this issue better for Hillary by talking about it.
Trump needs to say "Hillary killed that man", and he needs to keep saying it.
Hillary and her media butt-lickers would have a meltdown.

As far as the attack of Trump being unfit for office because of his temperament, one way to shut up the media jackals is: "Really? Temperament for office? As Secretary of State, Hillary's reckless disregard for the security of this nation's secrets resulted in the death of that man. That recklessness, as we see, can be and is often fatal."
And then it can segue into Benghazi etc., forcing the media to quickly turn to more pressing news such as the mating habits of fruit flies.
