TV personality Dr. David Andrew Pinsky said Wednesday that he is “gravely concerned” about Hillary Clinton’s health and the treatments she’s received, which he described as “1950-level care.”
Appearing on KABC’s “McIntyre in the Morning,” Dr. Pinsky, a board-certified internist more commonly known as Dr. Drew, said he and another doctor reviewed Mrs. Clinton’s medical evaluations and came to some startling conclusions.
“Based on the information that she has provided and her doctors have provided, we were gravely concerned not just about her health, but her health care,” he said in the interview, transcribed by the Washington Free Beacon.
“Both of us concluded that if we were providing the care that she was receiving, we’d be ashamed to show up in a doctor’s lounge. We’d be laughed out,” he added. “She’s receiving sort-of 1950-level care by our evaluation.”
Later in the interview, Dr. Drew mentioned that Mrs. Clinton suffered from two episodes of deep vein thrombosis, or DVT, which he described as a very common problem that normally results in blood clots in the leg.
“She also has hypothyroidism, and she’d been treated for hypothyroidism with something called Armour Thyroid, which is very unconventional and something that we used to use back in the ‘60s,” Dr. Drew said. “And by the way, wow, Armour Thyroid sometimes has some weird side effects.

Not one to be the posting police....but I have seen thia story at 5 times on freerepublic since yesterday afternoon.
Tens of millions of people are on Coumadin (Warfarin Sodium) in this nation.
I am one of them. I have been on it for 26 years now.
For the record, Aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) was discovered and marketed in 1899. 117 years later, its beneficial uses continue to expand. It is a great product. So those who use it are getting 1890s medicine.
A number of factors go into which medication is used. Is the newer product that much better? Are it’s side-effects less problematic. Is it as cost efficient?
I submit that Coumadin does a great job at a reasoned price, with as few side effects as most other products.
While there may be a better drug out there, I’m not convinced that using Coumadin is a bad idea. I wouldn’t be alive without it, and I haven’t had one problem using it.

HHS is launching an investigation. Under Obamacare regulations she should only be receiving 1930’s level health care.

One now really wonders are the doctors now treating Hillary Clinton--by not using modern medications that could have given away just how unhealthy she really is--may cause even more serious medical problems for her--problems that could lead to disastrous consequences.

I feel your pain. I have given up. There are countless excuses for multiple post of the same information.
Different sources...Actually one originating source that then gets picked up by countless blogs, etc. Therefore we have to have countless post for each new “discovery”.

Best reply I have gotten is from someone other that the poster to the effect that “Not everyone has the time to read the post on Free Republic all day and therefore they appreciate the same post being repeated multiple times over multiple days. AND, if I don’t like multiple post, I don’t have to “click” on them.”
