The black family is already destroyed. 72% of black kids are born into homes with no father present, and that's where your problems start. You've learned too well that it's easy to be a father but damn difficult to be a parent. This makes all the sense in the world when you think about how most black males don’t take responsibility for the kids they father, are not part of their lives and provide no support. This would just institutionalize that irresponsibility and make others pay more for it.
