Ted Harvey: ‘It’s as Though the Clinton Campaign Held a Gun to the FBI Director’s Head’
Breitbart ^ | September 6, 2016 | John Hayward

Posted on 09/06/2016 10:45:03 AM PDT by COUNTrecount

On Tuesday morning’s Breitbart News Daily, Colorado state Senator Ted Harvey, founder of the StopHillaryPAC, told SiriusXM host Alex Marlow that Hillary Clinton’s health was “something to be concerned about.”

However, he said he was “more concerned about what was in the FBI report that the FBI released on Friday.”

“The fact that the FBI would release that information on a Friday afternoon, before a three-day holiday, I think is outrageous,” Harvey said. “It is as though the Hillary Clinton campaign machine held a gun to the FBI director’s head and said, ‘Do not release this during the week; release this on a holiday.’”

“You read through that information, and it is proving the fact that she did go around the FBI,” he asserted. “She did do everything she could to undermine the subpoena that the FBI submitted to her and deleted information on her server that would compromise her and the investigation that the FBI was doing.”

He said incredulously:

And the FBI doesn’t do anything about it? The FBI just turns their head and says, “Oh, well, that’s too bad. Wish we would have gotten that information.” And then proves, in my opinion, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that she did violate federal law – and then [FBI Director James] Comey comes forward and doesn’t indict?

“I would be embarrassed, if I were Comey. I would be embarrassed if I worked for him, if I were FBI investigators that worked for Comey,” he said, adding:

I just think it’s outrageous what is going on with our federal government, the way they are doing everything they can to cover up what’s going on with Hillary Clinton, and how corrupt she is, and continuing to try to ensure that she’s the next President of the United States.

It's actually worse than that.  It's as if they didn't have to.

*****Then when the GOP candidate gets elected, they can blackmail them.*****

Novel concept, however, in this immoral period of human history, nothing is off limits; “Rape, child molestation, abortion, sexual deviant behavior”. Which leaves only bribery, payola and greed as subject to blackmail.

Pray God, we wake up soon and again live by the Ten Commandments and His design.

The Clintons make a point of getting dirt on people and if they can't find any they will indeed create it.....

I think Comfy went as far as he could in how he spoke to the American people...he did indeed let the facts be known as much as he could without putting himself in line for a jail sentence. Which the Clintons and Obamas would make certain he'd face. I actually think he told much more than they would have liked.

I was just listening to more of Hillary's rhetoric......it's very hard listening to her voice even when she tries not to sound like the witch that she is.....I can't for the life of me understand her supporters. But then it isn't about her as much as the party getting in itself...

Can someone post the law that is being referred to here that he could have been charged with interfering with the election?

I would think that he would have some sort of immunity from prosecution. First off all he could do was recommend an indictment (which he famously declined to do), then it would have been up to the prosecutors to review the case and seek an indictment, before which they would have had to have the AG’s approval. And then it would have been up to the prosecutors to prove in court.

I just don’t see how gathering evidence, unless it was done fraudulently, would be cause to prosecute someone for interfering with an election.

I agree. You don't charge the Director of the FBI with a crime for simply doing his job. He had the evidence. He laid it all out. He also had political cover - Barack appointed him and he had an excellent reputation (now gone forever.) There would have been backlashes from the die-hard Hillary supporters and the mainstream media but he swore an oath to the Constitution and he was duty bound to do his damn job. I think the man just wussed out. He laid out the evidence of her guilt and then said, "Well, I don't think any reasonable prosecutor would bring charges." That was NOT his job. His job was to examine the evidence, compile a report and deliver it to the DOJ with his evaluation as to Hillary's guilt or innocence. He's a wuss and he deserves all the shame and ridicule he's going to get for the rest of his life. He owed his country better. Shame on him.

The FBI and the DOJ are complicit in the felonious activities of Mrs. Clinton, her employees, and the Democrat Party. All involved could, and should, be indicted under the Rico statutes.
