Actually it's really about the fact thus far Comfy couldn't ‘guarantee a win’ in pushing for an indictment regarding Hillary, if he didn't secure enough to do so then he would leave himself wide open for prosecution as Interfering with a US Presidential Race....and that's a long prison sentence.

That's also why many aren't willing to testify or be involved against Hillary....she's gone free on so much everybody knows no matter how much evidence is presented she'll walk and they would be prosecuted for interfering in the election....long term jail time would follow.
