Rep. Chaffetz serves subpoena to FBI witness for all Clinton email documents during hearing

In a highly unusual move, Rep. Jason Chaffetz served a subpoena to an FBI official for all documents the bureau has gathered during the course of the investigation into Hillary Clinton's email server in the middle of a committee hearing.

The nearly unprecedented action reflects a growing frustration by the Oversight Committee with the FBI over what they see as a lack of cooperation in investigating the decision made by Director Comey in not indicting Clinton.

I'm sure they'll have it all gathered by the afternoon. Which afternoon, not so sure about which one that will be. Think there will be any stall tactics? Or will they be so redacted that they'll only get: Dear xxxxx, all blank, sincerely hildabama.

It’s behavior consistent with an entity that is used to **burning down churches** known to be occupied with many children

This gets old. Don’t get me wrong, I want them to get every one of these criminals, but to simply hold hearings, issue subpoenas, then DO NOTHING is worse than doing nothing. It adds to the public’s view that it’s all about politics.

According to, of all places, Slate, Congress has the power to arrest people: http://www.slate.com/articles/news_and_politics/jurisprudence/2007/04/house_arrest.html

Congress can send the Sergeant at arms to collect people and put them in jail. If Chaffetz and Gowdy are serious, they will do this. Otherwise, they are just grandstanding.

Whatever happened to the law locking up those who do not obey a subpoena? Oh, that’s only for we “little people,” not the ruling class in government.

I'm sad to say that the FBI has joined the Justice Department in that both are corrupt. America's core is rotten, these are harsh words but completely true.

Pff.

They’ll just burn all the paper, shred the hard drives, and say they can’t find the information.

When Trump wins, there’s going to be a document destruction fest in Washington like you’ve never seen. It’ll make what happened after the Republicans took the House in ‘94 look like turning an Etch-A-Sketch upside down and shaking it.

I don’t think committee chairmen can do anything without the approval of the Speaker of the House.

Unfortunately, they don't have the stones to do it. I wish they did.

Here are the most outrageous statements Clinton made in her three-and-a-half hour FBI interview:

1. She cited her 2012 concussion as the reason that she cannot remember details of briefings during her “transition out of office.”

2. She said she never even thought whether emails she exchanged on a future U.S. drone attack should be classified.

3. She said she thought the “C” before a paragraph indicated alphabetical order. The C actually stands for “confidential/classified.”

4. She said no one ever raised concerns to her about her use of a private email server.

5. She said she could not recall any training on how to handle classified information.

What’s more, Clinton aides told the FBI that the Secretary of State frequently replaced her Blackberry phone and the whereabouts of her old device would become “unknown.” The FBI report suggests there were at least 13 different devices used.

=============================================

The Clintons and their factotums turned the State Dept into a get-rich-quick racketeering enterprise. No less a personage than Ralph Nader had this to say:

RALPH NADER: “It’s Hillary's email content, not the classification or non- classification, and, the lethal quadrangle of collusion and buck-raking... <><> Hillary in the State Dept, <><>the Clinton Foundation, <><> Bill Clinton pocketing $10,000 a minute per speech, and, <><> corporate mining magnets and other far-flung corporations wanting (and getting) favors.

===========================================

And do not forget our tax dollars facilitated many of the Clinton deals.

Wall Street analyst, Charles Ortel, told Judge Jeannine that Clinton Foundation books report intake of some 2 billion dollars.....but via Ortel's prodigious research, Ortel asserts the Foundation raised a staggering 100 billion dollars.

Much of that money is secretly stashed all over the globe, and is wire- transferred to fuel Hillary's campaign, as needed. She needs fund-raisers like she needs a hole in the head.

Even more egregious, the Clintons used our tax dollars AND confidential/classified/top secret State Dept info (belonging to US taxpayers) to structure the lucrative deals.

Sadly, you’ve been proven correct over and over and over. Even though DJT made the metaphorical comment about shooting someone on 5th Ave, I almost believe that the current progs would actually be safe doing the actual deed without consequence.
