... As the host of one of the top radio shows in the country and with a prime-time television slot on Fox News, Hannity was easily the most visible member of the Trump-boosting media, making him a popular target.
Conservatives have publicly and privately trashed him for supporting the New York billionaire, something they have argued required him to betray the very principles he had for years vowed to protect. More and more, he has found himself on something of an island, punching back at critics who say he has made a colossal mistake.
And in recent weeks, the conservative talk-show host seemed to have had enough, not only moving to declare war on the Never Trump faction of the conservative news movement but also deciding to do so in a scorched-earth manner.
"Months before a single vote was cast, Sean threw his full support, on both his television and radio programs, behind the most liberal candidate in a field of 17 Republicans," John Ekdahl of the popular conservative Ace of Spades blog said Monday. "Ultimately, he realizes this was a gigantic mistake, and now he's attacking those who continue to point it out." ...

What they actually are, are boot-licking apologists for the globalist elite members of the ruling class.
You have to separate the actual elite douches from their butt-kissers and sycophants among the clerks.
Hannity was also one of the first to call BS on the Duke lacrosse case and he stayed on it like a pitbull.
I weighed in on this. Hannity was right. Those idiots are all quasi-Cankles supporters
Ding, ding, ding - we have a thread winnah!
He has simply been telling NeverTrumpers that they will own a Hillary win.
We do not care to have you NeverTrump people join us. You are nothing but ignoramuses who cannot see the big picture. Real Americans will get her done without you, and you will wonder in the wastelands evermore.
That someone could say that about a field that included George Pataki, Lindsey Graham, Chris Christie, Jeb Bush, and for goodness sakes, John Kasich only shows how bastardized the word conservative has become this election cycle. How did we ever let so many globalist/neo-con/SJW RINOs get almost total control over the party and the conservative media for so long? This bozo probably really believes in his heart that McCain and Romney were more conservative than Trump too, which only goes to show that he either naively believes a ton of lies and radical distortions about Trump (which a lot of NeverTrumpers push) or his definition of conservative is very different from that of most Americans.
There are two groups of NeverTrumpers, and one of them bafflingly actually claims to have views that overwhelmingly coincide with Trump's and ours. I cant help but the think the daily distortions and misrepresentations that Cruz pushed about Trump (and Rubio too really) have had a lasting impact among some people who actually are fairly conservative, but refuse to do their own unbiased, non-cherry picked, complete research. Some of the more reasonable of these types may still be reachable when it's made very clear to them that they are fighting against the things they insist they support.
On the other hand, most neo-con globalists, who really arent conservative, were never going to be for an American patriot like Trump, regardless of where he stands on most issues. Some people honestly believe that a secure border is not a conservative position and that things like energy independence, strengthening the military, cracking down on terrorists, a strong Second Amendment, ending Common Core, slashing federal regulations, and other of the main planks of Trumps platform from the start arent all that important compared to open borders and free trade even under the worst circumstances.
We do not care to have you NeverTrump people join us. You are nothing but ignoramuses who cannot see the big picture. Real Americans will get her done without you, and you will wander in the wastelands evermore.
What those elitists fail to understand is that the folks support Trump, not them. They are trashing us, too. Just like Hillary did. It’s a lose - lose situation for them. They are coastal elitist snobs. I am through with them, just like I am through with all the DC insiders. They betrayed me long ago.
The contest is between Statists of several stripes and Nationalists. The left-right model is smudged.
Ditto.
Trump came out for paid family leave today

Is that a conservative position now?
“”Months before a single vote was cast, Sean threw his full support, on both his television and radio programs, behind the most liberal candidate in a field of 17 Republicans,” John Ekdahl of the popular conservative Ace of Spades blog said Monday”
Absolutely false! Hannity was the only one who was open and fair to ALL of them!
Absolutely
I’m not a Hannity fan, but this former Cruz supporter admits he was excruciatingly fair to all, and is saying and doing the right things right now. The Goldbergs and Kristols aren’t worth his time.
Sean, like me, was absolutely not in the corner for Trump who I personally admire as a businessman.
However, it is apparent that he used one person we go to Washington with as such, his vote affects the down ticket vote as well, local votes.
My Hope as we get Supreme Court Justices that makes sense this go round in addition that all of berries unlawful executive orders are repealed and ObamaCare thrown in the Dustbin of History.
It’s time to go to the dance with the one you came with and he is the only one left, whatever the choices are they are better than anything Hillary or that cabal of communist pigs.
I’ll take a guy that speaks my language over some devil worshipping, satanic inspired, communist
Sean does not think he made a mistake by endorsing Trump. This person knows nothing.
I’m with Sean.
The republicans not supporting Trump ate not and never have been conservatives, 97% are RINOS
One thing I can say about Hannity is that he has been constant and true to the cause, and not moody and irrational like Levin and Beck.
