Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Kaine flatly said on Sunday that Donald Trump has tried to incite violence against Hillary Clinton.
“I do believe that, Chris,” Kaine told Fox News’ Chris Wallace. “I was stunned when I saw it, though he has done that before.”
Kaine’s straightforward remarks were made in reference to comments Trump delivered on Friday night, when he said that Secret Service members protecting Clinton should disarm because of her stance on gun control.
“She doesn’t want guns,” Trump said. “Let’s see what happens to her. Take their guns away, OK, it would be very dangerous.”
Contrary to Trump’s claim, Clinton has no policy on the confiscation of firearms ― nor has she ever called for it ― a point that Kaine made on Sunday. Kaine also noted that this wasn’t the first time that the Republican nominee had hinted (intentionally or not) at a scenario of someone with a gun targeting Clinton.

Tim Kaine apparently has listening comprehension problems.
Mr. Trump was clearly pointing out the hypocrisy of elected officials who do daily violence to the Second Amendment from behind the phalanx of armed security guards who are authorized to kill you if they suspect you mean their charge is in danger, while insisting that citizens do not have the God given right to keep and bear arms.
Kaine is either an idiot or a traitor.

We the Deplorables believe that Hillary should lead by example! If she is anti-gun, then she must walk the talk! If she truly believes that guns should be banned, then she must step up and not use them or allow her political aides and secret service to use them! I am sure the police will respond to her 911 call!

They can’t lay any of this on Trump. I’ve wanted to see the Clintons get an application of the Ceausescu Protocol for years.

But the truth of the matter is, it really is remarkable to me, and I just joined this campaign a couple of months ago. But, you know, to be honest with you, Martha, I've got a lot of respect for you. But people in the national media spend more time talking about what Donald Trump said in the last day than they do talking about what the Clintons have been up to for the last 30 years.
I mean, the avalanche of dishonesty flowing out of The Clinton Foundation for years as secretary of state and the fact that her campaign couldn't even be honest about her own health situation, I mean, we wish her well, we're glad to see her back on the campaign trail. But there's just been decades of dishonesty flowing out from the Clintons.
