All that you mention here was done in reaction of Russian invading it’s neighbor, and being intentionally obtuse as to what his next plans were.
Obama is an idiot, but we couldn’t simply allow Russia to invade nations at will.
If Putin had pulled his head out, had acted as a reasoned leader, and had requested to join NATO, I’ll bet it would have been put under advisement at the very least.
He could have been our ally, not China’s.

No one has invaded anyone...yet. Obama is behind the Ukraine civil war.
Russia’s actions are a reaction to what Obama is doing first. Russia invading the Crimea is a reaction to what Obama is doing in the Ukraine.
China and Russia have always been allies with times where they were not.
Obama started the Arab Spring, he started ISIS, he provides arms and training to them and the ‘moderate’ rebel beheaders in Syria. Obama started the crap going on in the Ukraine. He’s encouraging the Black Lives Matter to riot. This guy is freaking evil.
