This will accomplish one thing....they will have to dump every penny they’ve got invested in the US, or face some court trying to seize or freeze the money. Even right now, they have to start doing something to ensure some judge doesn’t go and issue an order within the next weeks to freeze their money.
It’s all fine and dandy until ISIS or al-Qaeda shows up in the World Court — or, better yet, in a U.S. courtroom with an American legal team — to sue the U.S. government for a bazillion dollars over our “decades of American terrorism” in the Middle East.
