As I recall, this show was ranked high (#1?) for awhile. A quick search shows that it's premier last week didn't crack the top 25.

This is flat out child abuse! Shocking that Jackson’s parents are lesbian. No wonder this kid had extreme anxiety at age 4! Just a pawn for these scumbags. I am a pretty regular watcher of this show. Last night they had the transgender kid on. It was not a huge part of the show, and they actually got a chortle out of me on a couple of the jokes.

All in all, the show is consistently funny and well written. Yes, it is not for everyone. That’s why cable TV has so many channels.

It’s starting it’s 8th season, and it’s struggling to find new material. The early years were good, and frequently un-PC (the adopted Asian daughter wrecks her toy pedal car, driving it into a wall in the house, “ok, we knew this was a possibility” is the response).

This season is a bunch of dreary PC nonsense. The show has jumped the shark with the transgender 8 year old and the non-stop efforts to make A Point about “tolerance”. The show should have ended a couple of years ago.
