Donald Trump says he expects to spend about $100 million of his own money on his campaign by the end of the presidential race.
The Republican nominee was speaking at a rally in Novi, Michigan, when he touted his personal investment in his presidential run.

The part that I do not quite understand is how you pardon someone, if no charges have been filed, and the FBI refuses to reopen the case.
I say just let it simmer on low until after the election and then turn up the heat.

Aside from all this, I would like to see him have an add put out much like Reagans “Morning in America” and put a vision for the people to grab hold of.
Pardon her from what? To pardon her she would have to be found guilty of something and they are saying she’s not guilty of anything.
And if she’s found guilty after the first black moron is gone, he will have to shut up about her because she’ll drag him down with her. His administration, and he, is deep enough in her actions to smell like dung for more than a 100 years. And I’m assuming it would please Trump to no end to get both of them.It’s just business and that’s how the system works to protect you and I.

Ford pardoned Nixon. No charges had been filed.
Essentially, it acts a "preemptive" pardon -- so that the recipient can't be prosecuted for any actions committed prior to the date of the pardon.
Obama can’t pardon himself, can he?
