Tancredo should have supported Trump more since he was discussing immigration for years.

“Not one of the top Fortune 100 CEO’s supports Donald Trump.”

What a sad commentary about how far the country has gone down the rat hole.... guvmint and the cronyists participating in a giant circle jerk.

There’s another way to interpret this report. I’d bet that the vast majority of those top 100 CEO’s vote for Trump in the privacy of the voting booth. But none of them is idiotic enough to come out against Hillary because they are, by now, absolutely certain that if she wins and they’ve done so, she will sic the full forces of the bureaucracy on them in retaliation.

That’s one thing Obama has accomplished. He’s made it crystal clear that a corporation doesn’t stand a chance once it’s in the targets of the President and his supporting bureaucrats. They can bring down any business they want and have been doing so for the past seven years. Just talk to a coal company CEO for proof, or the CEO of ITT Tech Schools, or Peter Thiel for that matter.

But Hillary would never do such a thing. Right?

““Not one of the top Fortune 100 CEO’s supports Donald Trump.””

Because they have been damned illegally busy replacing Americans with foreigners and Trump is against that.

“Crony capitalists are expert at buying access because that’s the key to corporate profits in an economy highly dependent on government spending.

Do you think Safeway wants to see a cut in food stamps? Does WalMart want to see high tariffs on Chinese goods? Are the big banks who have survived Dodd-Franks going to welcome with open arms new policies to encourage a revival of healthy, thriving community banks? Does Big Agriculture welcome a cut in ethanol subsidies to corn growers?”

What does this say about Mark Cuban who has come out in opposition to Trump? It may explain everything,

I'd bet you're wrong.

Global corporations are comfortable paying off crooked politicians by the truckload to stifle competition and protect profits. The last thing in the world they want is an outsider like Trump looking under rocks.

So you’re saying that they are simply money-grubbing chicken$hits who have no patriotism toward anything but the greenback!

I was making a comment. It had nothing to do with what you wrote. I was just saying that CEO are scumsuckers who haven’t an ounce of patriotism if it gets in the way of their making money.

Some 100 years ago, TR and Sam Gompers/A.F.of L. initiated movement to bring the non-Socialist craft unions into the GOP as its main support.
But Taft and the R Establishment, in the pocket of the industrialists, wouldn’t abide it. Then when FDR assumed power in ‘32; the opportunity was lost forever.
Today the GOP is the party of Big Business; aka crony capitalists, tax frauds and hustlers, CofC and NAM assholery, lobbyists plus other DC trash.
Ideas and opportunities missed have consequences.
