Clinton and her accomplices are destroying evidence, with the approval of the nation’s chief law enforcement agency?

Comey needs to ask for immunity. I hope he gets a life sentence for his corruption.

The House should demand all of Comey’s communication regarding the Clintons for at least the last 8 years. When he refuses, which he is likely to do, hold him in contempt.

It can then direct the US Attorney for the DC to empanel a grand jury. In fact, the House may actually have the power to have Comey arrested.

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2014/apr/22/istook-congress-its-own-can-arrest-and-jail-lois-l/

“The authority of the House of Representatives to arrest and detain her is clearly outlined in a report to Congress from the Congressional Research Service. As part of the Library of Congress, CRS provides Congress with its official legal and other research. An April 10, 2014, CRS report states:

“Congress’s inherent contempt power is not specifically granted by the Constitution, but is considered necessary to investigate and legislate effectively. The validity of the inherent contempt power was upheld in the early Supreme Court decision in Anderson v. Dunn [1821] and reiterated in McGrain v. Daugherty [1927].

“Under the inherent contempt power the individual is brought before the House or Senate by the Sergeant-at-Arms, tried at the bar of the body, and can be imprisoned or detained in the Capitol or perhaps elsewhere.”

This includes the power to confine a witness until they provide the testimony demanded by the House or Senate:
“Thus, the witness can be imprisoned for a specified period of time as punishment, or for an indefinite period … until he agrees to comply.”

In the McGrain case, the Supreme Court upheld this power and noted that each house of Congress may exercise it independently of the other:”

"President Trump needs to publicly demand Comey’s resignation on day one."

President Trump needs to have Comey arrested on charges of obstruction of justice and treason. Having lost every bit of credibility as a law enforcement organization the FBI will probably have to be disbanded and another organization developed to replace it.

President Trump will also have to replace the traitorous Director of the CIA, who admitted he voted for a Commie, Gus Hall. And then there are the traitors in the Department of Defense who supported Traitorobama's military perversions. Digging these people out may be difficult since they will attempt to go deep cover like sleeper agents.

This is all to protect the President. He is probably very active all through those emails and this must be kept away from the White House at all costs. Everyone involved, esp. Comey, is willing to fall on their sword to make that happen. I believe by the time Trump gets in there wont be anything left to investigate. All the info will have been sterilized.

Nothing stinks here.

Nope.

Defund and shut down the FBI, since it has become a criminal government protection outfit.

The FBI no longer serves any noble purpose.

It all goes back to Slick Willy in the White House.

At that point all pretense of honoring justice was thrown to the wind.
