As the vice presidential contest between Mike Pence and Tim Kaine began, Trump sent a rare compliment his opponents' way. Both are looking good! Now we begin!' he wrote. Then he started hailing his running mate and trashing Kaine. Pence 'is doing a great job - so far, no contest!' Trump wrote.
Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump live-tweeted the only vice presidential debate while his running mate fended off attacks on stage. Pence struggled at times to fend off frequent interruptions by Kaine who asked him repeatedly to defend Trump's comments.

When it was all over, Trump tweeted: 'Mike Pence won big. We should all be proud of Mike!'
Yup - the ‘Evil Uni-Brow’.
As a resident of Virginia for 3 decades, I can say I was even more ashamed of Kaine than I was when he was our Governor. He did nothing for south-western Virginia. Our manufacturing jobs all vanished, school buildings crumbling...yet he says he and Clinton will do the opposite for America? I think not!
Hillaryous Rotten Criminal’s left-hand cuck.
He looked like the joker - I though that 2 min. in.
TIMMAY! has always been this much of an azzhole.
Trump retweeted this incoming missive.
Coked up Kaine acted like he trained with Alan Combs. Same rudeness pattern.
Beck this morning was citing anonymous sources tha ztrump would be furious tha Pence did better than he. As usual Beck is an idiot
Kaine reminds me of what a Kreepy Pedo Klown might look like.
"He looks nothing like me!"
He reminds me more of Slingblade.
"I would like to mention a pattern I have noticed in this debate and the vice presidential debate-namely that each time my running mate or I have mentioned the phrases " Hillary's email server" or "Cilnton Foundation", we have been interrupted by the moderator or the moderator has attempted to change the subject. I think discussing the allegations of corruption surrounding these issues and my opponent is very germaine to her suitability for the presidency. I find it remarkably curious that the moderators of these debates are not interested in or want to avoid these topics. However, I think the American people have a right to know, and this is an appropriate topic to discuss now. Not after the election, not ten years from now, but right here in this forum where it matters as the people consider the course their country will take in the next fouryears."
I think it's great.
Kaine and Alan Colmes — great comparison! The childish comebacks and inane interruptions.
When Pence brought up 9/11, Kaine interjected, “I was there too” like a gradeschooler. Cringeworthy.
I think Kaine reminds me of Mr Smith, from the 60’s TV show Lost in Space. Both in appearance and temperament.
