The superior idea would have been to leave the healthcare system alone to start with. It all started because of the poor and ‘uninsurables’. It would have been much cheaper to GIVE these people insurance and pay for it out of pocket than to f@ck everyone with a sh!tty deal like we have now.

A totally false premise. Something better? Not passing 0bamacare would obviously be something better. How's that for a superior idea?
I think that the vast majority of People would be happy to see a repeal of the ACA, followed by a bipartisan solution that was actually consensus on.
Donald Trump will bring the new leadership necessary to the White House, to think outside the box and get some of these issues addressed the right way, serving the interests of the American People first and foremost, and letting healthy free market competition be a driving force for solutions.

Why does there have to be a plan? We do not HAVE to have a different plan. Zerocare was a hammer to swat a gnat.
The way it was was cheaper and covered MORE folks.
Even with cost shifting the premiums were lower, more was covered and you were not shoe horned into plans with coverage you did not want...like being 60 and having to pay for pregnancy coverage. There were cafeteria plans for those specific health concerns.
Deporting upwards of 30 million illegal/invaders/occupiers is a good start in the right direction.
We are providing healthcare for MILLIONS of people who should not be here in the first place.
