University of New Haven Disinvites Sheriff David Clarke From Speaking

Here we go again. Another conservative speaker has been disinvited from speaking at a "tolerant" progressive university. This time, it's Milwaulkee County Sheriff David Clarke. 

Clarke, who was initially invited by the University of New Haven to give a talk about forensics (after all, he works in law enforcement), has been disinvited because of "circumstances." Those "circumstances" likely have to do with Clarke's conservative viewpoints, support for Donald Trump and criticism of Black Lives Matter. 

From Sheriff Clarke's blog: 

We accepted, began planning for the trip — my assistant exchanged over a dozen emails in July about booking flights and hotel.  Then a lull — nothing.  No communication, no hotel room reserved, no flights booked.

On August 3, my assistant had a conversation with Mr. Malloy, who was extremely apologetic and embarrassed to have to rescind the offer. Apparently, the higher-ups did not want me to speak on campus due to my remarks about #BlackLivesMatter.

What did I say that was so controversial?  I’m not sure what specific remarks drove them to uninvite me, but anyone who listens to me for five seconds knows I prefer to drop the “v” and call them #BlackLIESMatter.  They terrorize the police, lie about their true mission, promote anarchy like the old Black Liberation Army, and released a list of “demands” that included releasing known cop killers.

So, yeah — I’m going to keep speaking out against #BlackLIESMatter — but apparently that means I’m not going to be speaking about forensics at the University of New Haven anytime soon.

Not surprisingly, University officials are trying to opaquely explain the decision and are ironically claiming the University "fully supports free speech."

As a former resident of the state, I can tell you that there are a few nice people who live there. A very few.
Since the 1980s, the state has become more progressive in the negative sense. The politicians lie, as they do in most states, but it is with a snotty air about them that makes me glad to have left the state. The taxes are stiff, going from no income tax to one that just leaves a sour taste in your mouth when you write the check and see NOTHING in the way of expected and promised results. YUK!

I have just left a message on the FB page for this university, condemning their rescinding of their invitation to have Sheriff Clarke speak. They are now lying and saying they never formally asked him. This is b.s. because if the was never asked, they would not have said they rescinded in their first excuse. I urge all of the freepers to leave their own message. Let’s light them up.

A progressive university is:

1. Comprised of faculty and students not adequately trained for even the simplest of tasks.
2. Unable to function without large amounts of money from people who actually have abilities and talent.

I see the university claimed that Sheriff Clarke conveyed he would require first-class airfare, a presidential hotel suite, and transportation from the airport in a black SUV.

This is most likely nothing but a lame excuse because he is a conservative and the university is liberal and they can't allow a conservative to speak at their university who might influence some of it's students.
