Good news if true.
China and South Korea are both trying to figure out how to solve the “North Korea Problem”.
The problem is that any solution would likely involve both countries getting flooded with refugees, which neither wants.
"If true" being the operative words.
This is Chinese grandstanding. They can end this with a phone call. Having rogues like this one and Pakistan keeps as allies gives the Chinese strategic clout.
