His story seems fishy to me in that he, his lawyer & his “community” are so concerned with the hair.
Why on earth would 3 beer drinkin’ “road raging” oil refinery workers from Louisiana & Texas want to “cut someones f**king hair”? How would these southerners know the customs & traditions of the Sikhs?
It sounds like he got a beat down after he “returned fire” with the beer can...the police report says he threw it back at them, he now denies that through his lawyer.
And this gem “Prosecutors plan to re-interview Khalsa next week to get to the bottom of certain discrepancies between the police report and his lawyer’s allegations”
I doubt he was attacked because these guys hated Sikhs/Muslims and were anxious to cut his hair.
Yes, the Sikhs religion is kind of cool actually. Nothing like Islam.
Yes they are but how do we KNOW this simply wasn’t a simple case of road-rage?
We don’t.
Too many times “hate crimes” are alleged and too many times they were found to be manufactured/invented.
So, just as all people are not saints, this could be a case where this Sikh was not one of the good guys and was part of a road-rage incident.
Don’t know yet. . .but then again, three red-necks in a pick-up, they must be guilty hate-crime bigots. . . .
