Trumps pledge to jail Hillary... Has it changed the dynamic?
2016-10-14 | Vanity

Trump gets on national television in front of one of the largest audiences to ever watch a presidential debate and he actually tells the entire country that he would jail Hillary for her crimes... Naturally, the lamestream media completely ignored it, but did the American people say to themselves... It's about time?

Bill and Hillary were guilty of many crimes during his term in office that they blatantly got away with, thanks to a 50/50 Senate vote due in part to Al Gore being next in line, and to the congresses fear that Bill would surround the White House with marines and say 'come and get us'. They would have been fine if they had left the limelight and gone off into the sunset at that point...

Instead, Hillary's lust for power has led her to run for the Senate, and then take the post of Secretary of State under Obama (since she has something the Obama’s, otherwise why would Michelle bother shilling for a woman she probably detest) and during these past 16 years their criminality has increased 10 fold and the stakes are higher and higher with each crime they commit.

The American people aren't as dumb as the Clinton's think they are... Most American's know these two power hungry politicians are essentially the same couple they see on Netflix's ‘House of Cards’ every week... So wouldn't it be nice to see them in Jail?

You bet it would be, and it seems that the American people are agreeing with that thought.... Trump should continue pledging to jail Hillary at every campaign stop. It just may be the winning mantra. The media can ignore it all they want… But tens of millions of people got to finally see somebody stand up to the Unerwooods’… er… pardon me, the Clinton’s on Sunday night.

It’s about time.

Why do you call that offhand comment a “pledge”?

Trump and jailing Hillary

He’s really only pledged to investigate Hillary.

Trump has not "pledged to jail Hillary", first of all. Second of all, if you don't know her pardon is already written and sitting in Obama's desk drawer, you're an idiot.

She's either going to the White House, or to one of her several mansions. Jail is not on the menu.

It was a great line or knock out, but the media isn’t going to call it that.

He promised to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate “her situation”.

He also said “she ought to be in jail”.

It’s helpful if people get the facts straight.

For the love of God, someone in the Trump campaign needs to listen to this stuff...
He should hammer the return of accountability and faith in government. Here are his two themes. One is red meat for his base and the other is a plea to the appalled and disgusted middle.
1. Law and order within the government. He should reiterate that he would look into the trail of corruption of ALL past administrations.
a. He would start by releasing FBI personnel who investigated Hillary from their NDAs and
b. immediately appoint an Independent Counsel for investigation of CF and affiliates during her tenure at State.
2. Immediately appoint an independent review of the FBI investigation including oversight, review and proceedings of the investigative processes pertaining to mishandling of classified documents and destruction of records.
3. Immediate introduce policies by EO and then legislation that anyone asserting their 5th amendment privilege in the course of a congressional or legal investigation for activity being investigated as a person fulfilling duties requiring that of Public Trust shall be immediately removed said position and permanently disbarred for further positions of Public Trust. Furthermore all benefits and retirement provision shall be irreversibly revoked from all positions, including all previous positions of Public Trust.
The justification for number 3 is simple, if you refuse to answer questions during your security clearance investigations, that is grounds for immediate disqualification for said Public Trust.
If Donald rolled this out during the last debate...THE RACE WOULD BE OVER!!!

The Clintons, Lynch, Comey,... lock them all up. If we can’t clean up government, it will only get worse.

I’ve waited 25 years for someone to say that to her face.

Apparently, so have a LOT of other people.

Yes, Trump is telegraphing that he is going to put many of those traitorous bastards in prison. I will be happy to offer Trump my services in helping to apprehend those suspects.

If it were up to me I would have them all waterboarded and then transferred to the Romanian military, who know how to deal with despots.

. . . preemptive blanket pardons for Hillary and probably members of her staff, namely Huma. Obama will issue the pardons even if Hillary wins the election.

Not what happened. The time he responded "Because you'd be in jail" was not a promise that he would make sure she went to jail if he were elected, but an explanation of Hillary's gladness that "a man like him" was not President yet. What he promised if elected was to appoint a special prosecutor or the like to look into the matter. Hillary still would be given a fair chance to justify her actions and all. The difference would be she would no longer be above the law, but subject to it like the rest of us.

See, I don’t think it’s strategically advantageous to get 1/50th as specific as you are. The more specific you get, the fewer and fewer people will be able to relate.

This is not an intelligent electorate. It is a Kardashian electorate. The appeal is not intellectual. Women are generally not intellectual in terms of what gets into their minds FIRST and FOREMOST. By that I do not mean they are smart or stupid. And half of men are emotional in that regard. So an intellectual appeal is only 25% good. If you wanna get into peoples’ heads, it is not about appealing to Consitutional principles, sadly.

BEFORE getting all that specific, I believe Trump is making FAR MORE effective and preparatory moves, most especially showing the media as totally corrupt and showing the inner workings of the Dem party as a vicious elitist cabal that would have nothing to do with the American people if not for the unpleasant task of convincing them to vote Dem.

Peoples brains are like the grooves of a record. Once conditioned in a certain way, the mind wants to replay those grooves over and over. To get out of those grooves the grooves have to be destroyed and that is what is going on with these demonstrations that the MSM is useless and corrupt and that these memes of “the Dems stand for the little guy” are the precise opposite of what is true. This is no trivial task; getting East Coast intellectual libs people to give up their cherished NYTimes, and getting working people to see just how despised they are.

To present alternative ideas without prepping peoples minds to receive them is like putting a brand new record down next to the record player. It may have a shiny, attractive psychedelic cover on it, but it does not take the old record off and it doesn’t put the new record on.

Increased stability of any given system corresponds with increased predictability of future events within that system.

Decreased stability—associated with general change within the system—corresponds with decreased predictability of future events.

Jail cell vs mansion. At this point, who can predict?

(title:" Trumps pledge to jail Hillary... Has it changed the dynamic?"

Comey has outlined the Clinton email investigation presented evidence, and has concluded his investigation.
There is a reason why its called the Federal Bureau of Investigation because that is what they are limited to : "Investigation" .
They do not have the ability to prosecute - that is why it is up to the "JUST-US" Dept. of which they are affiliated to do the prosecution of any criminal prosecution.
The Investigators have found no criminal intention, therefore there are no criminal charges., at this time.
You cannot be pardoned for a non-crime !!
However, the "fruits" of that investigation can be used at a later date, despite all the obfuscation, denial, agreements and delaying tactics already used by the FBI.
There is no such thing as "double jeopardy" if you haven't been charged with a crime; and you can't be pardoned for a 'non-crime'.
Illery is running for her life, not just the Presidential Office !!

The President can only pardon FEDERAL CRIMES, not state crimes. Further, a pardon does not clear any civil action.

So if (and this is a big if) they are given a Presidential pardon, the various cities, county and state authorities could if they believed a crime was committed in their jurisdiction investigate, charge and try them both.

Will it happen? I am not going to hold my breath but it could.

On the other hand, even with a pardon, Trump could start an investigation so all their crimes would be documented.

If Hillary loses the election she will also lose her power and her ability to influence those in power. Even with files of blackmail material will eventually prove worthless as those she has stuff on leave office.

Without influence the flow of money into the Clinton Foundation will slow to a trickle.

I think they were planning on Chelsea to take over (their dynasty) but Chelsea seems a lightweight that no one will pay attention to).
