November 8th is judgement day. I feel it too.

If Hillary wins, then that will be a giant statement that the liberals have won. Hillary will appoint liberal judges who will rule by decree, always rule the way liberals want them to, and will uphold any decrees issued by President Hillary as executive orders or executive actions.

And considering that HIllary and her kind favor illegal aliens and unfettered immigration, open borders, alien amnesty, refugees, all of that, America as we know it will eventually not exist, if she wins this election.

November 8th truly is a pivot point in our history.

All my life, in casual political discussions (i.e. in bars), all I have heard is that we need leaders who are not career politicians and/or lawyers. People who are not beholden to the myriad special interests. People who have to sell their soul just to get into the position of running for president. Someone who can disturb the status quo. Well, now we have one. If people flee to the safety of the entrenched, connected, two-faced politician, America will continue to descend into the abyss. Sure Trump is a risk. Clinton is a guarantee.

Let freedom ring,
Let the white dove sing
Let the whole world know that today
Is a day of reckoning.

Let the weak be strong,
Let the right be wrong
Roll the stone away
Let the guilty pay
It’s Independence Day.

Well said.

I have my doubts about Trump. He was not my first choice in the primaries, but, he legitimately became the nominee of the Republican party.

To paraphrase Ben Franklin, either we hang together or we will hang separately.

I know many establishment Republicans especially, have misgivings about Trump, but, he’s the nominee of the party. We have two major parties, and one of those two will be the next president.

I’m sure some on this site are not going to vote for Trump. We all have our right to vote. Vote for whom you please, but, know that if vote for someone other than Trump, that you will help elect Hillary.

And speaking of Thomas Jefferson...

Paris September 13, 1787

“...what country can preserve it’s liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? let them take arms. the remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon & pacify them. what signify a few lives lost in a century or two? the tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants. it is it’s natural manure...”

As a side note to this thread, please consider the following.

With November 8th in mind, patriots need to consider exercising their voting power to move tax day from April 15 to the day before election day.

In fact, let’s review "Federal Government Annual Budget 101,” the constitutionally limited power federal government's annual budget as the Founding States had likely intended for the budget to be understood.

Note that a previous generation of state sovereignty-respecting justices had clarified that Congress is prohibited from appropriating taxes in the name of state power issues, essentially any issue that Congress cannot justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers. This is evidenced by the excerpt below.

"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States.” —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.

In fact, based on the Court’s statement above, here is a rough estimate of how much taxpayers should be paying Congress annually to perform its Section 8-limited power duties.

Given that the plurality of clauses in Section 8 deal with defense, and given that the Department of Defense budget for 2015 was $500+ billion, I will generously round up the $500+ billion figure to $1 trillion (but probably much less) as the annual price tag of the federal government to the taxpayers.

In other words, the corrupt media, including Obama guard dog Fx Noise, should not be reporting multi-trillion dollar annual federal budgets without mentioning the Supreme Court’s clarification of Congress’s limited power to appropriate taxes in budget discussions.

In fact, Constitution-savvy patriots need to get constitutionally low-information Trump up to speed with the idea that much of the federal taxes that he and his rich friends have always been paying are unconstitutional.

Remember in November !

When patriots elect Trump / Pence they also need to elect a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will work within its Section 8-limited powers to support the new president, including putting a stop to unconstitutional federal taxes and unconstitutional interference in state affairs.

Also consider that such a Congress would probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.
