DNA would conclusively tell whether Danney is the son of Bill Clinton or not. It doesn’t matter about ancestry, the DNA would tell the direct father-son link. There is no doubt about that. And the Special Prosecutor’s office had that BC DNA on file and it should still exist.
Danney would need a court order to access the WJC DNA. A threatened prosecutor could lose or tamper with the old evidence to protect Bill.
I’m saying Danney could independently narrow down the probability of Clinton’s paternity with these tests.
