So I don't know what today's response time is. But I do know what I was taught at Undergraduate Space Training back in the 1980s--when SAC was still in business and we took this sh*t seriously.
The response time to a possible enemy missile launch to our own launch was nowhere near 4 minutes.

Ooops, apparently the timeline is from when the POTUS gives the order.
So ignore what I wrote in my first response.
But I have a message for the SNOPES ass hats. Just because something has been leaked to the public does not make it UNCLASSIFIED. If that is the timeline and that fact was not UNCLASSIFIED, then she confirmed something that she shouldn't.

Still, the stupid bitch in her official capacity as a former Secretary of State should never divulge such info, because she gives the appearance of the truth of her remark, regardless of it’s actual accuracy. But it clearly shows that she is absolutely unqualified to serve as a senior official of the United States government in any capacity if she can not keep her stupid mouth shut about sensitive information.
