Go to Google, type in "Hillary 4 minute nukes," or some variation thereof, and you will be guided to a first choice from "Snopes," the "fact-checking" site of the Democrats. Apparently, what Hillary said wasn't classified at all. She committed no crime and we can all sleep easier.

Snopes has determined that there is no Department of Defense, because its existence might be used against the Hillary Clinton campaign.

Snopes is in no way a credible fact checking source.
So ignore what I wrote in my first response.
But I have a message for the SNOPES ass hats. Just because something has been leaked to the public does not make it UNCLASSIFIED. If that is the timeline and that fact was not UNCLASSIFIED, then she confirmed something that she shouldn't.
The cat’s the brains of the outfit — the other two’s only purpose in life is to operate the can opener.
That’s not what she said. She said “ from the moment an order by the President is given to launch, the people responsible for carrying out that order is around 4 minutes to launch, and it must be carried out, it must launch”, or words very close to that.
So, snopes os a couple of California democrats. No wonder I always questioned Snopes
Snopes is a joke if they’re buying that tripe.
Still, the stupid bitch in her official capacity as a former Secretary of State should never divulge such info, because she gives the appearance of the truth of her remark, regardless of it’s actual accuracy. But it clearly shows that she is absolutely unqualified to serve as a senior official of the United States government in any capacity if she can not keep her stupid mouth shut about sensitive information.
