ORCA (the grossly incompetent computer program for election day that Romney used) made its campaign consultant guy very rich but was a guaranteed failure from the day it was proposed.
Incompetent buffoon millennial campaign staffers could not even get the system online, and refused to do a trial run to see if it worked.
When many of the field workers and poll watchers tried to use it, it locked up in the first 10 minutes and never worked the rest of the day. People who could have been used to get voters to the polls were wasting the whole day hitting on smartphone and IPad screens that would never work.
