What is the procedure when a machine is obviously rigged to change a vote?
Asking people to check their ballots hardly seems like an effective way to fight back.
This is an outrage, and a crime. Are the machines not shut down immediately and examined by professionals (not democrat professionals) to find out how they are programmed.....and then who did the programming?
Honestly, this should be huge and should stop the presses, but it seems to be met with a ho-hum response.
Complain to the election Judge at site. Demand that they check the calibration of the machine If everyone does that the Monkey Business will stop. If they refuse immediate call the county clerk and threaten to turn them in to state AG

I don’t know that there is a procedure. IIRC the machines that had major issues in the 2012 election were shut down. I agree with the people that say there should be a paper trail - after one submits their votes in the machine, there should be a print-out that they can take with them. I would add to have another print-out to be kept at the polling place in a “locked box” in case a recount is required.

Right - Why the heck it isn’t the protocol in place to shut the machine down immediately and have it checked? It seems ridiculous that we seem as though we are acting like typical sheeple RINO’s and sort of letting this happen by not calling it out loud and having it actually checked right away?
I wrote on another thread that the Trump campaign needs to have an independent IT person assigned (perhaps by a judge) to check the machine’s calibration when this happens.
Why does it seem as though we are giving this a pass by not being pro-active? are we (Trump campaign) doing nothing when this happens? I don’t get that the response to these machine so-called “malfunctions” is not an immediate questioning of the machine and then shutting it down until it is checked.
Frustrating.
We need to do more than report this ... the report needs to be be acted upon and the machine’s “calbrations” checked each time it happens.
A calibration is nothing more than a manmade program that is now suspect.
To keep using a machine where this has occurred without it being checked out is unacceptable.
Sorry for the rant - but I really don’t see why it seems as though we all know this might/will happen and aren’t doing much about fixing the problem.
