What he said is legally refereed to as a “Spontaneous utterance against interests “ and can be admitted at trial.
It’s mind boggling to me why a guy like Comey who had over a 30 year career in law would throw his entire reputation right out the window for a crook. The law is absolutely crystal clear “gross negligence”. If you drive drunk and kill people does saying “I did not know driving drunk was illegal” get you off the hook? It’s unreal. Out of his entire career, that one act alone allowing Hillary off the hook will forever tag him as corrupt, ESPECIALLY if she wins this election and causes tremendous damage to this country. If she ends up getting a lot of people killed, whether it be from importing refugees who cause major terror attacks or she starts a war with Putin or allows Iran to get nukes, people are going to point right at him for letting her go. What a moron.

Voter fraud at any level should be automatic LIFE TIME ban from EVER voting again-—no matter the level of the election.
